All outbound SMTP traffic fails

Hi All,

My Domino router is having a strange issue. The issue is that All outbound SMTP mails fail. When i searched the forum regarding this issue, i found this link

But they didn't give any solution for this.

In my case, When i send a outbound SMTP Mail, it stays in the mail.box as pending mail and i get
this error in the console "Failed to connect to SMTP host GMAIL.COM because The server is not responding. The server may be down or you may be experiencing network problems. Contact your system administrator if this problem persists."

But,if reload the router , it immediately transfers all the mails pending and SMTP outbound mails start working. After few hours, again the mails are getting failed. After enabling debugging, i get the following messages in the console,

Then i thought the problem may be with DNS server. but the DNS Server returns the correct IP addresses when i do a nslookup of the domains.

I even tried adding DNSServer entry in the notes.ini , but this didn't solve the issue.

I have done many installations of domino 8.5.1 for customers, but only this customer is facing this issue.

is this a bug or do i have to check anything else?
